Well, it's November and to me that signals the beginning of the holiday panic-attack--I mean season! Ha, ha! No really, I love the holidays. I really do. The cooking, the decorating, all of it! My husband and I were discussing our holiday plans this past weekend and we're trying to decide what we want to do for Thanksgiving this year... his parents house, my parents house, or invite everyone to our house? {Or do we just run and hide like the Reese Witherspoon and Vince Vaughn were planning to in their new movie (although I think that's about Christmas - but you get my point!).} I'm voting for having everyone at our house for a good old-fashioned Turkey Day but we'll see.... the country may have counted all of it's votes for President but I haven't finished campaigning for dinner at my house!

A warm fall tablescape
All this Turkey talk got me day-dreaming about how I'd like to decorate the table this year, if I get to host the dinner. Here are some photos from some great fall parties that I've designed. Maybe one or two of these ideas might find a spot at my dinner - even if it's only in my dreams.
Who knows what I'll decide finally - although I've got some fun ideas...I'll keep you posted. How do you plan to set your table this year?
